Subscription fees are paid in advance for the selected plan and period. Plan changes, renewals and cancellations are handled through the available account options and the terms of the relevant plan. 3.3. When a subscription expires, QRLA may restrict access to the service or to particular modules. Refunds, tax documents and other payment rights are subject to applicable law and any separately agreed terms.

4. Data, Confidentiality and Operational Responsibility

4.1. The User is responsible for the accuracy and lawful entry of its menu, product, price, sales, stock, warehouse and employee information, and for retaining any backups the User requires. 4.2. QRLA processes data to provide the service, maintain security, provide technical support and meet legal obligations. Data may be disclosed only for those purposes, to trusted technical service providers, or where required by law. 4.3. Compliance with requirements relating to cash registers, receipts, taxes, accounting, price displays, consumer rights and employment relationships is the User’s responsibility. The system is not a substitute for legal or accounting advice on these obligations.

5. Technical Support, Availability and Updates

5.1. QRLA takes reasonable technical measures to keep the service operating continuously and securely. Planned maintenance, security updates, third-party infrastructure failures and internet connectivity may affect availability. 5.2.
